I’ve been making an effort to cook more at home. Trying to eat well and have more control of what goes onto our plates and into our bodies.
I’ve been trying to slip in immunity boosting ingredients like turmeric, and snacking more healthily via homemade hummus, yogurt, smoothies, and lots and lots of fruit. (But also baking sweets so that’s lots and lots of sugar 😅)
